Since then, it has developed into a vibrant city state that is among the most important economic centres across the continent.
Lloyd Bannings, who spent three years exiled from Crossbell, is returning to his home town to continue his brother's legacy and become a part of the Crossbell Police Department. But, upon arriving, he finds he's been placed in the Special Support Section, a new division that handles odd jobs and minor requests. The team that he's joining now includes Elie MacDowell (granddaughter of the mayor); Randy Orlando (ex-soldier who has been a womanizer) along with Tio Plato (young technology genius).
Even though their organization is mocked by the media and looked down upon by other departments of CPD, Lloyd and his colleagues continue to work to make their city one that is better. However, as they go about their business they are slowly confronted with the corrupt criminality that has engulfed the city. They aren't aware of how wide the Shadows of Crossbell City reach...
